From studying at the London School of Economics to working in Johannesburg and Gaborone, her experience with valuations, research, analysis, modelling and reporting for non-life insurance, life insurance, provident fund, and medical aid clients brings a plethora of insights and an indispensable network for transformative collaboration and growth of the profession locally. It is her mission to create opportunities for local talent, localise outsourcing of actuarial expertise, and propel Botswana to a key global market player.
